Hi. I have pain in spine lower back. Comes suddenly without any physical effort (I was taking my phone of the table) and I completely freeze (not like cold but like I cant move my body at all) for few minutes This is second time in 2 years. It s not connected with heavy work or something because I work as a teacher. Last year I have MRI about this and the doctor said that I have some very small but irregular distortion on 2,3,4,5,6 vertebrae. What you recommend ?
